Practice, practice, practice………………….. if you want to be
good at anything, then it takes practice.

This I’m learning from my web development/design journey.
I want to be good at what I do, but it takes time to learn
and improve skills (very frustrating).

I’m starting to understand DOM Scripting, but I would still
need to refer to a manual. I also want to get to grips with
Actionscript 3 (Flash), unfortunately at the moment it’s
the time required. However I do know that I will, with time
and practice, become proficient in the skills I want.

How do I know this? well from my drawing/art experience.
I can look at drawings I did 2 years ago and compare them
to what I produce now. I was good then, but now I’d say I
was very good
